   As a customer service manager for 15 years, and a frequent online consumer, I have never seen, heard of, or experienced service to this level. Notifying them, an exchange was needed, was all I needed to do. The next day, I was informed the correct size was on its way. A tracking number was provided and to my surprise, it was sent with expedited shipping. What came next, has left me in awe. A message from a rep empathizing not getting what I had hoped for and informing me the original did not need to be returned. They explained I can keep it or even encouraged me to donate it to someone who may need it.
