   Quality of masks and artwork were worth the price. Frustrated with shipping process, not with Culimen which has little control. Delay of order is to be expected with sloth mail! Packing of products was excellent!

   I absolutely hate my product. The colour is not what I expected, the quality is not worth the price, and now I’m stuck with this shirt that I can’t even return. There’s nothing to “fix”, it’s just a terrible shirt.

   Your products are of excellent quality. The only issue I have is that I get them via the Post Office. I wish there were some way that UPS or FedEx could deliver them to my door and bypass the bumbling USPS. For example, UPS predicted I would receive an order by June 1. The had turned the order over to the USPS; and their tracking claims they are still waiting on the package. I never have this issue with UPS delivered packages. I suggest you allow UPS to deliver all your orders directly to the customer and bypass the POST Office.
