What kind of materials do your shirts use?

In order to maintain the highest product quality, we select quality factory units, check the material before production, we rely on a number of reliable brands to fulfill our commitment. Our basic T-shirts are made from 100% cotton. Our premium t-shirts are made from premium poly-cotton blends. We take prestige as a brand to grow more and more, Culimen is committed

After you successfully place an order, the system will send you 1 email of your order, which will have your order ID and product information, you can also manage your order through the account registered at our website, our system has saved your order through the account. You can also check the status of your order via our Track Order page, you just need to enter the order ID and email and you can know the status of your order

If your purchase hasn’t been started yet (you’ll be notified by email when it has), you can still alter the dimensions and hue of any item in your purchase. Kindly send us a message with your order number and the preferred alterations, and we’ll adjust the order for you.

You may also adjust the delivery address either by emailing us or through the link in our email correspondence. To do so, click the “update address” button under your shipping details, input the new shipping information, and hit “Update.”

Regrettably, we cannot make any changes to orders that have already entered production.

“We guarantee to provide you with the absolute best products and are willing to replace your order for any of the following reasons:

  • Products with defects.
  • Poor print quality.
  • The product you received is different from the original product displayed on our website.

Please send an email to us at info@culimen.com with pictures of the product you received for us to cross-reference and check. We will review your complaint. If your request is approved, we will provide you with a different product as a replacement or in accordance with our refund policy.
